I have the right to refuse a commission for breach of TOS during any point of the commission process. Please respect my TOS as an artist, thank you!
What I will/will NOT draw
I DO accept commissions for
-Anthro NSFW
-Anthro, Feral, and Human SFW
-Art to print, laminate, and put on a lanyard.
-Fursuit-friendly character designs and reference sheets *upon request.
-Couples' art requests
I do NOT accept commissions for
-Feral NSFW content
-Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, Ableism, etc.
-Anything containing hate speech, hate symbols, "dog whistles", or otherwise derogatory or inflammatory content.
-Depictions of underage characters in any way.

I currently take Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, and more. Please ask if you dont see your payment method here, I'm very flexible within reason. My art is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY, you may not profit off it in any way. You may not tamper with the watermarks on my art, doing so will result in blacklist and further action if warranted. If you repost or otherwise use my art for personal use, you must credit me as the artist with "@kelpykombu" where people can view credit easily or with direction. Do NOT remove the watermarks from my art, replace watermarks, change watermarks, etc. Do not repost my art unless given permission (please ask before posting, the answer is typically a yes). Do not trace or heavily reference my art. Please do not resell Custom Characters/Adopts for more than what you paid for it, *unless it has substantial art included from yourself or other artists.
By commissioning me and/or purchasing my art, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS) and confirm that you have read them. Thank you for supporting me!
